About NuTech-R
NuTech-R is a robot development team made up mainly of graduate students in mechanical engineering at Nagaoka University of Technology.
We develop everything ourselves, from hardware to software, and take part in robotics competitions.

Crawler robot for field work
A crawler robot with a work manipulator, built to operate in harsh environments. With a main crawler covering the body, four sub-crawlers, a 1.5 m 6-DoF arm, five monocular cameras, a thermal camera and a 3D LiDAR, it is designed for surveying disaster sites, inspecting infrastructure and working in hazardous areas.
